Planet Hulk

HULK_CVR_102

They sent him to another universe, they tricked him, and they lied to him. They sent him to another world, they claimed he would find peace but instead he found war. Planet Hulk is one of the best graphic novels I have read since the Watchmen, real talk bee! My man Jay let me hold it at work and I fell in love with the story. Basically it involves Reed (Bitch) Richard, Doc Strange, Black Bolt and Ironman. These 4 bitch niggas tricked the Hulk to leave Earth then BOOM sent him to another world where he would become a slave. On the new planet Hulk is very weak and must regain his strength over time, but we all know the angrier Hulk gets the stronger! If you into the graphic novel thing or not, It’s an all around good read. Oh yea IT’S THE HULK BEE!!!! HHTT APPROVEDworld-war-hulk

Uncle Ruckus

The Nigga will lie, the nigga will make excuses

The Boondocks by far is one of the best shows created on American television today. The way the show tackles race is brilliant, what many may find offensive,  those who can see past the looking glass understand its true genius. In that regard I want to speak on one of my favorite characters on the show, Uncle Ruckus.  Uncle Ruckus is what we at HHTT would call a Ultra Nigga, the Ultra Nigga is cunning,  witty, charming and oh so evil. The Ultra Nigga’s primary purpose is to destroy, he has no compassion for his brothers he simply wants destruction.  DO NOT TRUST A NIGGA, Uncle Ruckus talk to em.

M.A.S.K.

All of you 80’s babies out there will appreciate this one. the Mobile Armored Strike Kommand or better known as M.A.S.K. was definately one of the best 80’s cartoons for me. these were the days when if you saw it on a cartoon then you could get the same toy for christmas. well at least i had to wait for christmas…anyway watch and enjoy the time travel.

these were the good ol’ days when cartoons taught these kids shit.. now a days you dont get advice like this. Thank you mask I’ll always look both ways now….M.A.S.K. saves lives.

Megatron Bodies Irondhide (Such Heroic Nonsense)

megatronTo set the record straight I still prefer the 1986 animated film of Transformers over the live action movie. To me the animated film was more raw and truly captured the cartoon in proper light. Now what you gonna peep in this clip is my nigga MEGATRON!!! As a kid I always loved Mega, and why not?? He was a G! Many of my nigga’s was like “he jus turn to a gun?? That’s wack!” I on the other hand was smart enough to realize his genius. Megatron was far more powerful and smarter than most decepticons and the cannon on his arm would rock a muthafcka. Even when he turned to the handheld pistol for Sarscream to wield, one shot to a Autobot chassis and it was over. Just watch how he roll through with scream and the constructicons and destroy shop, oh yea RP Ironhide, you bust all that shit with Prime and now look at you, LOOK AT YOU!

DuckTales

Oh hell yea in like 88-90 this was my shit! You know the god loved scrooge and his nephews and all there adventures, back in the day shit was real use to have like 3 part series and shit, make a youth wanna run home after school to catch part II na’mean? Race cars, lasers, airplanes it’s a duck blur bee! For a children’s show I love the fact they kept it funky, for example. Scrooge was rich but still dealt with money issues peep, nigga always had people trying to rob him like the beagle boys and shit, then u got Glomgold (my nigga by the way) now he was the 2nd richest in the land and he hated Scrooge. Shit was real in the field, check out the intro it shows a clip of one of my fav episodes, you see the scene where scooge and the dude with dog ears is running as the ground is collapsing beneath them! Shit was epic!

CBS Storybreak

Oh damn this is my joint! I can think back to being a kid after watching some of my favorite Saturday cartoons then clicking over to peep CBS Storybreak. For some reason I loved the intro the music and the magic book opening those glowing pages, the kid was in awe. The way they re told the stories through animation was brilliant, and they touched on issues a normal cartoon wouldn’t dare. If you get a chance find this show and peep it, its classic.
