Car Jack scene from The Sopranos

“Well who else huh?! Who Else??!!”

Although this clip doesn’t feature any recurring characters from The Sopranos it still is no doubt a hilarious moment from the shows second season.  Inspired by our recent reflection on the classic film New Jersey Drive, it instantly reminded me of this funny scene when a white family gets got for their Mercedes SUV (courtesy of Tony Soprano) by a couple of young black car-jackers in N.Y.C. Enjoy. Look at the daughters expression after her father drops the N-bomb.

Jadakiss – From Now Till Then

“Lot of Nino’s and Pookies”

jadakiss1

When I first heard this I was instantly hooked. Jada chronicles the life of a drug dealer vividly with his gritty lyrics and signature raspy flow. The production does not go unnoticed, alchemist laced Jada with a chilling beat that unravels upon itself allowing jada to illustrate the glory of drug dealing in proper fashion.Jadakiss – From Now Till Then

Obama Fried Chicken

“Two thighs free with stimulus check”

In Brooklyn and Manhattan 2 fast food chicken joints changed there names to “Obama Friend Chicken. Alot of folks are bitching saying the name change plays into old racial stereotypes. “Why name it that? Just because Obama is black, they’re going to put his name on a fried chicken place in a black neighborhood?” said Akilah Nassy, 16, outside the Brooklyn store.

“If it were [Republican candidate John] McCain, nobody would make a McCain fried chicken place.”

OF COURSE NOT MCCAIN IS WHITE! Plus McCain chicken would be all the old pieces, with meat hanging off the bone (true to form I guess lol). Sometimes I think blacks just be looking for shit to start, Obama fried chicken sound mighty good to me! People think since Obama president he don’t fuck with black shit no more, he a nigger. He drinks his malt liquor, smoke and eats his chicken dyed and fried like the rest.

Crack a Bottle – Eminem feat. Dr. Dre & 50 Cent

Various versions of this track have been leaked onto the net for a minute now, this version however doesn’t have eminems second verse at the end but it still is a good version.  This song will likely be featured on the new eminem album Relapse due out later this year, enjoy.  This has got to one of  Em’s funniest choruses to date

Ghetto Jiggy – Lost Boyz

The Lost Boyz dropped their last album LB IV Life back in 1999 although it’s their least known album it still yielded a few hits.  Including We Got That Hot Shit, Only live Once and Ghetto Jiggy

Six months prior to this albums release founding member and possibly the livest hypeman ever Freaky Tah was murdered but is still featured all over the album.  Tah was definitely not your average hypeman, he made each track better by his adlibs with Mr. Cheeks.  Not to mention occasionally getting busy himself with his solo song Problems on the LB’s debut album Legal Drug Money in 96.

Roy Jones Jr. takes on Joe Calzaghe

Man oh Man, November 8th at Madison Square Garden could possibly be the greatest fight of the new millenium.  Roy Jones Jr. (52-4 38KO’s) will take on Joe Calzaghe (45-0 32KO’s) this fight should be a historic matchup between the two great fighters.  A newly revived Roy Jones Jr. defeated Felix Trinidad in January but will certainly have his hands full against the undefeated champion Joe Calzaghe who is coming off a few very impressive victories himself over the likes of Bernard Hopkins, Jeff Lacy, Peter Manfredo and Mikkel Kessler.  The fight is set at light-heavyweight and is sure to be an entertaining bout between the two, Joe Calzaghe trying to further cement his legacy and Roy Jones Jr. trying to win his spot back.  Below is a preview for the show 24/7 on HBO which gives an excellent preview of their Nov. 8th showdown if you have HBO, definately peep this show I highly reccomend it.
