Strong Will Continue – Nas & Damian Marley

As many of you know Nas & Damian Marley were working on an album, that album Distant Relatives  has a release date of  3-16-10.  Stong Will Continue is the first single from the upcoming album.Strong Will Continue – Nas & Damian Marley

Khaki Suit – Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley feat. Bounty Killer & Barrington Levy

Damian Marley and Nas headlined Rock The Bells  this summer, they also  premiered a few tracks from their upcoming Distant Relatives collaborative effort dropping later this summer.  While I’m sure everyone is excited for the new album, I’m going to take ya’ll back to 2005 when Jr. Gong released his third album Welcome to Jamrock.  Damian recruited a couple dancehall legends (Barrington Levy & Bounty Killer) to help him rock the song Khaki Suit.

Hey Baby – Stephen Marley feat. Mos Def

Stephen Marley released Mind Control in 2007, it featured the single “The Traffic Jam” alongside his brother Damian (Jr. Gong) Marley.  Another bright spot on the album is “Hey Baby” which features the mighty Mos Def.

Ghetto Jiggy – Lost Boyz

The Lost Boyz dropped their last album LB IV Life back in 1999 although it’s their least known album it still yielded a few hits.  Including We Got That Hot Shit, Only live Once and Ghetto Jiggy

Six months prior to this albums release founding member and possibly the livest hypeman ever Freaky Tah was murdered but is still featured all over the album.  Tah was definitely not your average hypeman, he made each track better by his adlibs with Mr. Cheeks.  Not to mention occasionally getting busy himself with his solo song Problems on the LB’s debut album Legal Drug Money in 96.
