Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night show killed it this week, earlier this week he had Odd Future on to perform then Friday Night Raekwon & Ghostface swung through to perform Raekwon’s new DJ Khalil produced banger Rock N Roll with a little help from The Roots.

Hip-Hop Honors 2009

VH1’s Hip Hop Honors is back with its sixth installment of the award show which premieres Tuesday October 13th at 9 o’clock.  For the 3rd time Tracy Morgan will host the show and for that reason alone it is must see television. 

This year the show however they will be switching it up and honoring Def Jam records for the labels 25th aniversary.  Eminem, Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Fabolous, Ludacris, DMX, Mary J. Blige, Redman, The Roots, Method Man, ONYX, Public Enemy, Warren G, Kid Rock, Chris Rock, Jimmy Fallon, Brett Ratner, Trey Songz, Ja Rule, and Scarface are all scheduled to either perform or present at this years ceremony.  As always HHTT will be covering the event.  http://hulkhatetimetravel.com/2008/10/07/hip-hop-honors/
